Well, mid-career change needs a lot of guts and support system. Thanks to Edsley for giving me both. Today i'm pursuing my higher education in a filed that i truly appreciate. HR is a domain that life landed me into, and Geo-spatial Studies is a domain that i choose to re-make my professional Career in. Parking aside the personal story, Geography mostly viewed as a subject of social science in India has in 20th century got it's new avatar of GIS, Geo-spatial and Remote Sensing. The theoretical concepts of geography, now has sea of applications from Sky, to land, Water and universe beyond. It's no longer a subject of earth, thanks to the technological advancements and customized software applications that enable mapping, analysis and visualization of spatial data. Going forward this blog, intends to regularly document the knowledge gained in the field of Geo-spatial Studies and GIS Technologies. It will serve both as a open-source platform for training reference and knowledge share archive.
