Mashed Potato in Creamy Pasta Sauce, Laced with Cream


Ingredients:

  •        Boiled Potatoes (2-3)
  •        Butter (3-4 tsp)
  •        Grated Garlic (5-6 Cloves)
  •        Milk (1/2 cup)
  •        Fresh Cream (6 tsp)
  •        Seasoning: Thyme, Oregano, Pepper, Salt


Method:

Heat the Butter in a saucepan and when melted add Grated Garlic Cloves. Saute it for about a Minute. Now, add in the Milk and sauté in Simmer, until the sauce Thickens and the aroma kicks in. Add In a Little salt and Pepper. This is the base for Creamy Pasta!!!

To the thickened Pasta Creamy Sauce, add boiled Potatoes and mash them well. Let the sauce blend well with potato mash.  (Be careful, not to mash the potatoes fully, you don’t want a chutney, do you?) Now, Add in the Fresh Creame and toss it over gently. Season it with Thyme and Oregano.
