April’29th 2009, it was a sure Birthday to remember!!! The daylight hours spent in an amusement park with friends, made all the real life troubles seem insignificant. After all, we were all born to be “simply happy”. But down the lifelane we pick up a superfluous baggage called “Relationships”, an emotional attachment that is ideally sought for support, in reality limits one’s true potential to shine as individual human beings.
It would be worth to record the identity of the entire crew, which boarded the four wheeled flight to Queensland, Chennai. Sharon (my childhood buddy), Meena (as she prefers to be called- a MCA first class degree holder who is a housewife, doing nothing at home), Anita (an Engineering student, who was persistent about the venue Queensland and made this event happen), Karthick (Sharon’s Adopted son and a budding doctor who played chauffeur with his high technology fancy Skoda Octavia) and the two little princes Abel and Ajay (who fill the atmosphere with joy and happiness with just their mere presence)
Never in 27 years, do I remember celebrating my B’day with so much energy and elation. The very thought of not having a need to please someone or behave pseudo or having no strings of any kind attached, liberated my inner mind to superior self-realization to responsibly live everyday for it’s moment. Thank you folks, for making my day memorable :-) thank you Sharon for bringing your battalion along :-)
